Proton Mining builds and operates bitcoin mining sites, and hosts third-party fleets at every one of them. We are best known for running on power nobody else wants — landfill gas, flared gas, curtailed grid.
Two ways to work with us: put your machines on our power, or let us put our machines on yours.
Gas that would otherwise be flared, engines to burn it, a transformer, and containers of machines. Cut the wall away and this is the whole of it.

Every day, energy gets thrown away because there is no economic way to move it to a buyer. Gas gets flared at the wellhead. Landfill methane gets vented. Wind and solar get curtailed when the grid cannot take them. That energy has no price because it has no customer.
Bitcoin mining is the one industrial load that can show up wherever the energy already is, buy every kilowatt-hour at a price that works, and switch off the moment somebody needs it more.
Flare gas, landfill gas, curtailed renewables, and behind-the-meter surplus. Real energy, priced at or below zero because nothing is there to consume it.
We bring generation, containers, and machines to the energy, instead of waiting years for transmission to bring the energy to a market.
Mining is fully interruptible. We curtail in seconds when the grid calls, when prices spike, or when a host needs the power back — no process to restart, nothing spoiled.
We run the sites either way. What changes is which side of the meter you are standing on.
You own the machines. We provide the power, the racks, the cooling, the network, and the hands — and you keep every satoshi they earn.
You have gas you are flaring, methane you are venting, or power you cannot sell. We finance, build, and run the load that buys it — on your land, on your terms.
The same four steps every time, whether the site is ours or yours.
We screen candidate sites against our own database of flare volumes, landfill gas capture, industrial facilities, and environmental permit records before anyone drives out to look at one. Power availability, gas duration, land control, interconnect distance, and jurisdiction all get scored up front — so the sites that reach diligence are the ones that can actually be built.
Metered gas composition and volume over time, or a real load study behind the meter. We model each site across a full range of hashprice and energy-cost scenarios, not a single optimistic case. If a site only works at one bitcoin price, we do not build it.
Generation, switchgear, transformers, containers, and network go in as one package. Pads, permits, and interconnection are handled before hardware ships. Machines are racked, mapped, and pointed at your pool before a site is called live.
Monitored around the clock from our own operations software — per-machine hashrate, temperature, power draw, and payouts, reconciled daily. Curtailment is automated against price and grid signals. You get the same numbers we do, every month, in a statement you can audit.
We are not a middleman placing your machines in somebody else’s facility, and we are not a developer who flips a permitted site and walks away. We source the energy, build the site, and run the fleet — same team, the whole way down.
A container of machines looking for power, or a wellhead burning gas with nowhere to send it. Either one starts the same way.
